Selected Current Research Projects

  1. Estimation radiation dose and induced cancer risk in PET-CT or CT scan.
  2. Applications of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in neuroimaging.
  3. Cancer (such as lymphomas and nasopharyngeal carcinoma) imaging, including PET-CT and whole body MRI applications.
  4. Application of Diffusion Tensor Magnetic Resonance Imaging in research of central ervous system, including assessment of radiotherapy induced white matter injury, prematurity related abnormalities and normal development.
  5. Analysis of brain connectivity based on fMRI data using techniques such as Dynamic Bayesian Network.
  6. Imaging of Alzheimer’s disease and stroke.
