Call for papers

Prospective authors are requested to submit their abstracts by 31/05/2008. The abstract may be submitted by email attachment to the conference secretariat (icae09@hku.hk). The abstract should be limited to no more than 400 words. Authors must fill in and return the pre-registration form to the conference secretariat by 31 May 2008.

All accepted abstracts will be published in a printed version of the abstract book to be distributed at the conference. All accepted papers will be published in a CD of the conference proceedings which will be distributed to all registered participants. Selected papers from the conference will be expanded and published as special issues by the following journals:

International Journal of Energy Research

International Journal of Green Energy

It is expected that all the papers will be presented. If an author does not register by 1st December 2008, his/her paper will then not be included in conference program, abstract book, and conference proceedings. One registered author can have a maximum of two presentations. If an author fails to present his/her paper, the paper will not be considered for possible publication in the special issues of the three journals.

only papers presented at the conference with full registration will be published in the conference proceedings and selected for publication in journals.

Best paper awards will be granted by ICAE.
