Registration
fee and registration form must be received by 1st December 2008,
otherwise, his/her paper will be removed from the conference program.

Pre-registration form
Cancellation
and Refund:
If
the cancellation in writing is received by 1st December 2008 or the
submitted paper is not accepted for presentation, the paid registration
fee will be fully refunded after deducting a handling fee of US$100. No
refunds will be given after 1st December 2008. For the fully registered
participants who are not able to attend the conference, a set of
proceedings will be sent by surface mail.
