Career Planning This Department seeks to prepare and assist its students in finding jobs after graduation. In October 2001, an expert in job-hunting was invited from Japan to give a series of lectures on job-hunting for the second and third year students and graduates. In 2002, the Department steps up its effort in preparing its students for their future career development, initiating a summer-internship programme with Japanese companies in Hong Kong to give students a chance to get some working experience. The Department also reached an agreement with Jusco (HK) Ltd four years ago in which the company has promised to employ fresh graduates of the Department as its management trainees every year. We are a department that cares its students' future careers. |
