Professor Zhang Xianchu LLB (China U of Political Science & Law, Beijing), MCL and JD (Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington) is the Associate Dean on China Affairs of the Faculty of Law and the co-director of HKU-Peking U Legal Research Centre. He is also an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
He has taught subjects on PRC and Hong Kong commercial laws. His research interests include corporate law, foreign investment law, financial market regulations and cross-border legal issues.
