The LLM in Chinese Law addresses a growing need in Hong Kong and internationally for a more comprehensive understanding of the law and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
The programme requires approximately 300 hours of class time. Candidates will be required to complete the equivalent of at least eight modules. A one-module is taught over a period of one semester while a two-module is taught over a period of two semesters. A candidate may elect to submit either a one-module or two modules dissertation toward these requirements.
