you to any external bodies or organizations unless you have been informed
or it is required to do so by law.
4. You can submit a signed request to the Head of Department
or the Department’s Webmaster to request access to, or correction of, personal
data held by the Department of Linguistics about you. The Department of
Linguistics may charge you for accessing
the information.
