| This Lecture-Demonstration Concert is a mixture of music appreciation and education. It will feature a number of Hong Kong composers’ chamber music with different instrumentation and styles, and is especially enlightening for participants with an interest in music composition.
Programme includes Lo Hau-man’s Déesse Fantastique,
Stephen Yip’s Yûgen, Chris Wu’s Last Dance of
the Prey, Ng Wah-hei’s Sleepless City, Wendy
Wan-ki Lee’s My Cagey Companions, and Tang Lok-yin's
Fish. Performers include conductor Wai Sing-fai, Izaskun
Erdocia (flute), Yiu Song-lam (oboe), Martin Choy (clarinet),
Tim Leung (bassoon), and Nancy Loo (piano) of Les Six, as well
as string quartet players Ayako Ichimaru and Le Hoai-nam (violins),
Elvis Chan (viola), and Laurent Perrin (cello).
這是一場集音樂欣賞與教育並重的講座及示範音樂會，將展現數位香港作曲家配器風格迥異的室樂作品，特別對創作有興趣的參加者具有啟發性。
節目包括盧厚敏的《洛神賦》、葉樹堅的《幽玄》、吳冠青的《絕舞》、伍華晞的《不眠之城》、李允琪的《我機靈的同伴》及鄧樂姸的《魚兒》。演出者包括指揮衛承發、六秀士的艾君（長笛）、姚桑琳（雙簧管）、蔡國田（單簧管）、梁冠宇（巴松管）及羅乃新（鋼琴），以及由小提琴家一丸綾子及李海南、中提琴家陳子信及大提琴手貝樂安組成的弦樂四重奏。
