Payment of the appropriate registration fee permits attendance at all relevant sessions of the conference and /or the workshop and a conference package which includes the submitted abstracts.

Membership of the International Society for the Prevention of Tobacco Induced Disease and attendance at the conference dinner are included with the full conference registration fee.

Places for the workshop are limited and preference will be given to participants from developing countries. If a place at the workshop cannot be allocated, the full workshop fee will be returned to the applicant.

All presenters at the conference or workshop must have registered prior to the meeting.

Participants can pay the registration fee by cheque in Hong Kong dollars or bank draft in US dollars. Personal cheques drawn on foreign banks are not acceptable. All cheques and bank drafts should be crossed and made payable to The University of Hong Kong. Please send your payment by cheque or bank draft to ISPTID 2006 Conference Secretariat, c/o Hong Kong Academy of Medicine, 10/F HKAM Jockey Club Building, 99 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong.

Your registration and payment of the fee will be confirmed by e-mail notification upon receipt of the payment.

All presenters whose abstracts have been accepted MUST REGISTER on or before 15th October 2006 or their presentation will be withdrawn.

Full conference registration includes the conference dinner on 25th November and membership of ISPTiD for 2007.

Day registration includes only lunch and refreshments on that day. The dinner is available separately and will cost $50US or $400 HK direct from the conference secretariat.
