Tasting

Emerge
from this two-hour workshop with a broad understanding
of what wine is, feeling confident to look at,
smell and taste wine in a professional way, and
with a knowledge of wine etiquette in a social
setting. The course begins with some basic wine
theory about how and where wine is made, including
a quick introduction to the various kinds of
wine grapes, moving onto a section about buying,
handling and drinking wine on different occasions,
and concludes with a tasting of four very different
wines from four different countries.
