Self-esteem
is the key to happiness. It is basic to emotional
well-being, sense of achievement, and positive
relationships. Yet, even people with admirable
qualities, such as beautiful looks or academic
excellence, may suffer from low self-esteem.
Failures, criticisms, and rejections often make
us pass negative judgments on ourselves. This
workshop suggests various strategies for building
and maintaining a healthy level of self-esteem.

Self-enhancement
Workshop for EAS(Early Admission Scheme)
Students

This
workshop aims to help EAS students make a smooth
transition from a high school student to a university
student and achieve a better self-understanding
which is a foundation for personal development.
Participants will be able to identify their strengths
and weaknesses and outline an action plan for
self-improvement through taking part in a series
of creative games. And at the end of the workshop,
an EAS support group will be formed to provide
continuous support to students during the academic
year.
